Tore Foss, Group CEO
Mr. Tore Foss [first name pronounced: ‘Thor’] co-founded Garnes Gruppen with Mr. Jan Oskar Garnes in 2014 from his position as CEO and shareholder of Garnes Data. Foss has over 20 years of top management and CEO experience. He holds a MSc. in Physics from The University of Oslo, Norway. His track record includes many startup journeys around the world—in technology—along with the NGO sector, in the consumer electronics service industry, social services and in education. Mr. Foss is working closely with all the companies in the group in different roles - from chairman to CEO, or special advisor. He is one of two shareholders of Garnes Gruppen and also a Board Member.

Jan Oskar Garnes, Chairman
Mr. Jan Oskar Garnes started his first IT business in 1987 which is the origin of Garnes Data—the first business acquired by Garnes Gruppen when founded in 2014. Mr. Garnes’ 30 years in the IT industry includes large and small projects around the world. Especially he has specialized in the technology needs of architects and engineers as it has evolved dramatically since he started with training Architects in first gen. CAD and 3D applications. Mr. Garnes is the majority shareholder of Garnes Gruppen.
